Packing your order
- Orders are packed when paid.
- No changes can be made once the order has been processed.
- The Lifestyle Co is not accountable for any order errors the buyer makes.
- Any changes to the order or cancellations must be made before the order is processed and sent for packing. Once sent to 3PL we are not able to cancel the order.
- Any customisations will incur an hourly warehouse fee. This cost will be added to your order.
- If you need to cancel after the order has been packed, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the cost to receive the products back into warehouse stock.
- Notify us if you want shipping insurance (extra cost applies).
